Fee Schedule
Enlightened Exercise has a number of programs to fit your fitness goals and your budget. Most programs start out with two sessions per week, and are re-evaluated after the first two weeks. Frequency of workouts is determined individually for each client and depends upon workout intensity and required recovery time. In most cases, one workout per week is all that is required.
All fees are due in advance of program initiation. Enlightened Exercise accepts cash, checks, or charge/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). There are no refunds.
Client may pay $50 per session for first two sessions. This amount will be applied to a membership package should they decide to join.
