Super Slow® Strength Training


Enlightened Exercise has a number of programs to fit your fitness goals and your budget. Most programs start out with two sessions per week, and are then re-evaluated after 6 weeks.  Frequency of workouts is determined individually for each client, and depends upon workout intensity and required recovery time.

All fees are due in advance of the programs.  Enlightened Exercise accepts cash, checks, or charge/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).


Clients can pay $50 per session for each of the 1st 2 sessions.  

This amount will be applied to any membership package.
